Their thesis, in full
Pure-play proptech specialist investing in early to mid-stage PropTech companies across North America, Europe and Israel. The thesis aims to digitize and decarbonize the built environment for greater productivity, efficiency and sustainability. The firm launched one of the world's first dedicated proptech funds in 2015, the US$59M Greensoil Building Innovation Fund; Fund II launched in March 2021 with an initial close of about US$50M (~$68M CAD) toward a US$100M target, and GSPV reported it on target for a Q4 2022 closing. Greensoil suits founders selling into real estate operators and developers who need a partner with category-specific networks and customer access.
