519 Growth Fund is a disciplined early-stage venture firm based in London, Ontario, co-managed with RHA Ventures ("founders for founders"). It backs founders working on real-world problems in sizable markets, investing early seed capital across Canada in technology-enabled companies with demonstrated recurring revenue, market acceptance and a defensible position. The mandate is weighted toward agri-food innovation (roughly two thirds of the portfolio), with the balance in tech-enabled companies; focus areas span AgTech & Food, Enterprise Services, Advanced Manufacturing, Financial Services, Sports & Recreation, Web3 and IoT. Fund II closed its first tranche at C$10M, targeting C$15M by June 2026, led by General Partners David Brebner, Brian Foster and Brian Cram.
